    How does it work?

There are three ways you can do this challenge, you can do as much or as little as you like, it’s all great!

    1. You can do ONE of the 5 ways each day for 5 days. For example, Monday – Connect, Tuesday – Give, Wednesday – Keep learning, and so on. You can choose what ones you want to do on each day.
    2. You can do each of the 5 ways, every day, for 5 days! Make sure to vary it up a little, perhaps connect with different people, or go a different route for your walk every day! Consult with our cheat sheets if you are struggling to come up with ideas!
    3. For those who like a challenge, do 5 whole weeks of #5Days5Ways by either doing option 1 or option 2 above for 5 weeks!
