ACTivate Your Life – d/Deaf Online Wellbeing Course (BSL)
The BSL version of the ACTivate your life, a free, self-help online course for people who would like some support with their emotional and mental wellbeing. We know that easily accessible resources to support D/deaf people are limited. You will be able to discover new ways of coping with everyday stress, anxiety and low mood.
“ACTivate Your Life” is designed for all adults across Wales aged 16+ who want to understand their thoughts and feelings and to learn practical skills that will enable them to act in ways that will make their life more fulfilling.
Developed by Psychologist Dr Neil Frude, the free course consists of four forty-minute online videos. There is no requirement to subscribe. More details about the videos can be found here.
How to attend
Start the course by clicking on the ACT 1 video below. There are four videos each lasting around 40 minutes. You can pause at any time and come back to them if you need to take a break.
We recommend having a few days between each video so that you can practice the learning.
