SilverCloud Space from Anxiety (16–18-year-olds)
SilverCloud Space from Anxiety for 16–18-year-olds is a free online NHS Wales service available for young people living in Wales or registered with a GP in Wales.
The course provides interactive online therapy over 12 weeks, to help young people understand and manage anxiety.
Young people can sign up without needing adult consent or referral from a GP. The course is free and available 24/7 from any digital device. SilverCloud is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Space from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) – SilverCloud
This programme is designed to help you to understand and manage intrusive negative thoughts and repetitive behaviours that may be troubling and upsetting for you. Learn effective techniques to help you respond to obsessional thoughts, without engaging in compulsive behaviour.
Space for Positive Body Image – SilverCloud
This is a practical programme that will help you to build a positive body image and develop a healthy relationship with food and eating.
Space from Panic – SilverCloud
This programme helps you to learn the skills to tackle the symptoms at the heart of your panic; a fear of losing control, or that something very bad may happen or is happening, and persistent fear about future panic attacks. Effective techniques such as gradual exposure help you to face your fears and cope with anxiety, rather than fighting against it.
Space from Stress – SilverCloud
With a focus on resilience, this programme for stress management helps you to identify and enhance existing strengths and skills, and build new ones. This is a pro-active and practical programme built in conjunction with leading clinical and subject matter experts that provides you with the tools and techniques to manage stress and bring balance into your life.

Space for Resilience – SilverCloud
This programme helps you build resilience and achieve a sense of wellbeing and satisfaction, in all areas of your life.
Space from COVID-19 – SilverCloud
This program will help you to manage your mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Space from Phobia – SilverCloud
This programme is designed to help you to relieve the symptoms of phobia and help you to face and manage the overwhelming fear caused by a situation or object.

This SilverCloud programme will teach you to overcome your sleep issues, allowing you to achieve better quality sleep.

This programme can help you to manage anxiety, challenge anxious thoughts and feel better. It teaches you skills and strategies to tackle anxiety now and in the future.
Space from Depression – SilverCloud
This programme will help you to learn techniques to overcome and manage the symptoms of low mood and depression. Practical strategies help you to tackle unhelpful thoughts and behaviours and the unpleasant physical feelings and sometimes difficult emotions associated with depression.
