Stress Control

Stress Control is a free course that will teach you how to manage your stress in six easy steps.

The course uses elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Positive Psychology skills to help you control your current stress and to manage problems you might face in the future.

Stress Control Course dates:

The course is made up of 6 sessions, held as online classes via Microsoft Teams. You can join any individual session, but you will experience the most benefit by attending all 6 sessions.

There are two kinds of sessions – afternoon sessions that run from 1:30pm to 3:30pm and evening sessions that run 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
