Royal British Legion (RBL) Crisis Support

RBL understands that serving personnel can give up a lot to be part of the Armed Forces. Our team are there to help and provide a safe space for the Armed Forces community and their families to access the support they need.

Lines are open 8am-8pm every day.

Psychological Health Practitioners (PHP)

If you feel you need ongoing support to improve your mental health, then you may need professional support from the NHS. This is a free service and you will be able to access this help from within your GP surgery. Ask if there is a Psychological Health Practitioner based in your surgery. If not, then your GP can provide support.

SSAFA – The Armed Forces Charity

SSAFA has a network of volunteer caseworkers and specialised services, which provide practical support.

Lines are open 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.
