DAN – 24/7: Wales Drug and Alcohol Helpline

DAN 24/7 is a free and confidential drug and alcohol helpline. You can call DAN 24/7 on freephone 0808 808 2234 or Text DAN to 81066 anytime day or night and we will give you help and advice.

Anything you tell DAN 24/7 is confidential and you won’t need to give your real name. DAN 24/7 will NOT appear on your home itemised bill.

This helpline will assist individuals, their families, carers and support workers.

DAN 24/7 also has an online database of drug and alcohol agencies AND information on harms of drugs.
