Monmouthshire Wellbeing Links Co-ordinators and Advisors

Wellbeing Links Co-ordinators are community based individuals who’s aim is to help people improve wellbeing and avoid crisis. They provide a point of contact for wellbeing information, and advice and help people access local activities, opportunities, and services in order to build resilience and improve quality of life.

GP practices in Monmouthshire also have Wellbeing Links Advisors attached to their surgeries. Wellbeing Links Advisors are available to meet with individuals who have social rather than medical needs.
